Office hours:

Our office is open Wednesday to Friday 6pm to 8pm, and Saturday 10am to 4pm.

Other hours may be available by special appointment.

Cancellation:

I require 24 hours advanced notification if you need to cancel a session.

Failure to inform the office within this cancellation period will result in a service fee of $75.00

Billing:

At Mind Health, we do not participate with any insurance. We will provide you with a bill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. All payments are due at the time of service.
